A Little of This and a Little of That

Our little guy is getting so big! This is him last week in his car seat that was so big when he was born he couldn't even come home from the hospital in it! Now his little legs are hanging out of it.
I never really did a 6 month update.. he is now 16lbs and 8oz and 27 inches long... he is rolling over, army crawling, starting to grab for things... still sleeping like a champ and loves his solid foods!Last night E decided he was going to feed himself and grabbed the spoon right out of K's hand! I think he will be little Mr. Independent sooner rather than later!

What Have We Been Up To...

Sorry we haven't had a post in a while... things here have been really busy... here is a picture view of what we have been up to and told from E's perspective!

Lots of playing on the floor with my toys and giraffee

Going to the park with friends when it was nice and warm...now it is cold and starting to rain
Laying on the bed trying to roll over and getting mad when it doesn't go my way!
Going to the park again with Daddy to swing!

5 Months...

I can't believe my big boy is 5 month already! Here are some quick stats on him:
- He is about 17 lbs.
- Still sleeping like a champ 8pm-8:45am
- He is sucking his thumb and taking a paci sometimes
- He loves to be outside, with his Nana, hanging out at the student home with the boys or wherever there are people!
- He rolled over this month and is lurching his body forward when he is on his tummy
- He is starting to get a tooth!
- We started veggies last night and he has been eating cereal...
I thought he was so cute sleeping last night so I took this precious pic of him that I know will not last forever!

This was the reaction I got from Peas and Green Beans last night. I think he is saying "Daddy save me from these awful veggies!" Haha..

This is from this morning... he loves his giraffe... He is just starting to cuddle with things and I think this might be his fav. I know I love it and he is such a cutie and we love him tons!!!

Baby Food

This huge pile of green beans turned into some great baby food the other day! It was so fun finally getting to make some baby food. I do have some questions for all of you out there...

Do you make your own baby food...if so how do you do it?

Also do you add anything to it??

I am excited to make more for the little man as the days go by!

4 months

So apologize for the lateness in these posts...things around here have been insane and we are been on the go non-stop!

Here is Elijah's 4 month wrap-up

- 13lbs 10 oz.
- 23 3/4 inches long
- Wears 6-12 month one piece outfits and 3-6 month pants and shirts
- He is holding his head up all the time and is looking all around at EVERYTHING!
- He sleeps from 8pm until 8am and sometimes even later.
- His overall personality is like his daddy's and just hangs out where ever we are
We can't wait to see what he is going to become or how he is going to be in the future!

Fabulous Friday

This day is fabulous for more than a few reasons....
- Hub is off for 10 day straight!
- We leave for the beach sometime next week (of course this is the internet...)
- Elijah is sleeping almost 12 hrs. at night
- I got two packages of diapers for $9.00 tonight at CVS
- Relaxing evening tonight and dinner with friends tomorrow...

Weekend Wrap-Up

This weekends highlight was Auntie Liz was in town!!!! Elijah loves his auntie. I was super happy to have Liz here.
