Flavored Olive Oil Cheap!

I love a good flavored olive oil and it can be pretty expensive. I have found that if I add three or four cloves of garlic, a pinch of ground pepper, and about two teaspoons of salt and let it sit for a couple of days covered container it make a great flavor. Add as much or little of salt, pepper, and garlic that you would like. I usually put 4 to 5 cups of olive oil to the ratio of seasonings, but you can make it more flavored or less. This is great on toasted Italian bread and on chicken on the grill!
